Tampa Bay Caribbean Carnival

Sean Paul, Gilberto Santa Rosa, Arturo Sandoval, Allison Hinds and other world known artists will ignite the Caribbean culture at Vinoy Park. The event will feature live performances, a steel drum competition and a "mas" costume parade.
