3rd Annual Plate to Plate 5K Run / Walk Across Home Plate

Project Open Hand and the San Francisco Giants will host the fundraiser. Free tickets to that day's 1:05 p.m. baseball game between the San Francisco Giants and the Colorado Rockies will be given to the first 3,000 people who sign up for the event.
