Immediately following the Piedmont Avenue Merchants Association's Halloween parade, kids can trick-or-treat in stores along Piedmont Avenue, then pick a free pumpkin at the Cemetery's pumpkin patch, enjoy a hay bale tunnel and a clown balloon artist.
