At the Tredwell's Table - Cooking Demonstration and Tasting

In celebration of the Tredwells' Irish servants, we will examine the true history of Irish food and its well-deserved and celebrated modern renaissance. Two of Ireland's classic dishes will be prepared a rich Colcannon soup and Guinness stew.
