National Latina Marketer's Day is celebrated annually on October 2 during Hispanic Heritage Month. The observance recognizes and celebrates the creativity, leadership, expertise, influence, innovation, and business impact of Latina professionals across the marketing industry. It honors Latina marketers at every career stage and in every area of the profession while amplifying their voices, accomplishments, and cultural perspectives.

The day can be observed by educating through panels, professional development sessions, and university programming; engaging by highlighting Latina marketing professionals and discussing representation and advancement; sharing career stories, work, and lessons on social media using the hashtag #LatinaMarketersDay; and supporting Latina marketers through recognition, mentorship, and networking opportunities.

Created by Latina Marketer's Society in 2026, National Latina Marketer's Day provides an annual, profession-specific moment to recognize the contributions of Latina marketers. These professionals help shape brands, influence the stories audiences see, and connect businesses with increasingly diverse communities. The observance promotes visibility, representation, recognition, community, and greater opportunity for the next generation of Latinas.
