Observed annually on June 3 and established by Domini Impact Investments, National Impact Investing Day marks the growth of impact investing and coincides with the 35th anniversary of the Domini Impact Equity Fund. The day honors decades of aligning capital with environmental sustainability and human dignity, and invites investors to reflect on how their choices support long-term values and goals. Domini's Fund--launched in 1991--uses proprietary impact research, active ownership, and the Domini Impact Investment Standards to pursue long-term returns and positive social and environmental outcomes. Event in the inaugural year included a fireside chat with founder Amy Domini and CEO Carole Laible.
