This statewide celebration of New Jersey craft beer invites drinkers to visit participating breweries, purchase a beer in a special commemorative glass, and support the Brewers Guild of New Jersey, which organizes the event and advocates for the state's craft brewing industry.
More than a fundraiser, Pint Day encourages people to explore local breweries or try new ones in a single day. Similar to the Pint Day concept originating in Colorado in 2016, the event pairs community support with unique keepsakes -- the inaugural year's commemorative glass, "Cultivating the Garden State," featured a goldfinch carrying a hop leaf (designed by Tom Schmitt), and select breweries offered limited-edition apparel.
