Rockin' on the Bay

The Chesapeake Bay will be rockin' and rollin' at the annual Bands on the Bay, a music-filled afternoon for the entire family, featuring the Doug Segree Band and Orlando Phillips. Proceeds to Sturge-Weber Center at Kennedy Krieger Institute.
